1. How many people can use the book and the coupons it contains?

Each book is valid for two people only, in general. There are a few offers that are not 2-for-1 that offer discounts on tours and some are good for up to four people.. In general...If you have 4 people in your party, you will need 2 books. Six people in your party---you will need 3 books.

2. How long are coupons in the TourSaver® valid?

The TourSaver® is valid for the entire calendar year, however, many tours in Alaska only operate in the the summer season--between late May and early September. Expiration dates are printed on individual offers in the book and on the website.

3. How can I be sure that the coupons in the book will be honored by the merchants?

All tour operators, hotels, and merchants participating in Alaska TourSaver® have signed legal and binding contracts. We have confidence that you will be treated with respect and courtesy. If a booking problem should occur, simply contact us and we will help resolve the issue.


More than 130,000 TourSaver customers have used the book since the program started and we receive rave reviews and testimonials each year. It's important to call ahead for reservations, just like you do for airlines and hotels. The sooner you make your arrangements, the more likely it is that you'll be confirmed on your desired date. Several of our smaller “artisan-class” operators only accept one coupon per departure. It is a small percentage of the 90+ offers in the book. Things like air tours, some raft tours, and small boat operators. We go out of our way to bring these quality operators into the program. But, with only six seats per departure on some things (like air tours, for example), we offer the “one coupon per departure” clause. Check in advance to see if your dates are available.

4. After ordering the TourSaver, when is the book shipped?

We strive to ship orders received before 11:00AM EST the same day. Orders received after 11:00AM EST are generally shipped the following day. Orders received after 11:00AM EST on Friday are shipped on Monday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday. There is no shipping on U.S. Post Office holidays.

5. How long does it take for the book to reach my location?

TourSaver® books ship to U.S. locations via USPS free shipping in 5 to 7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii orders arrive in 7 to 10 days. Express shipping is available for 2-day delivery in the continental U.S. and 3 to 5 days for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed before 11:00AM EST are shipped the same day. We do not ship the book outside of the U.S. We do however have and App with the same coupons as the book, that can be downloaded instantly.

6. What is the TourSaver return policy?

If the TourSaver® is not everything we've promised, simply return the book in its original 'NEW' condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the book cost. Books must have all coupons intact and show no signs of use, wear or tear. After we determine the book shows no sign of use and is resalable, we will issue a refund. A $3.00 processing fee will be charged for returned books and App packages plus the original processing fee charged to us, upon purchase...and we do not refund outbound or inbound shipping costs. There is also a $3.00 restocking fee for books. Returns must be shipped with a return label provided by the Alaska TourSaver® We can not issue a refund without the shipping label we provide. We will be unable to track or re-stock your return without the label. Refunds are issued 15 to 30 days after TourSaver receives and restocks returned book(s). All requests for Return Labels must be received by E-Mail. There are no refunds issued for the current year's edition of books purchased after July 15 of that year.

7. Can I print the coupons from the TourSaver® website?

NO. You may not print pages on this website to use as coupons. You must buy the Alaska TourSaver® book or the TourSaver® App to get your unique book number to use these offers. These 2-for-1 offers and discount offers are reserved solely and exclusively for those who purchase the TourSaver® book or TourSaver app. To redeem these exclusive 2-for-1 offers, you must purchase the TourSaver® book or TourSaver app and present coupons to vendors upon request. You must not construe these online descriptions as a stand-alone 2-for-1 offers either by printing any pages from this website or presenting pages electronically on arrival. Printing and/or representing any page from this website as a coupon constitutes fraud and as such will be prosecuted according to the laws in Alaska.

7. Is the book valid if I don't purchase on the TourSaver® website or purchase it used? Important!

No. If you purchased a TourSaver book through a third-party like eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, TripAdvisor or a social

media site or any third party, and did not purchase directly from TourSaver.com, we do not offer customer service and do

not guarantee your coupons will be honored. The Alaska TourSaver book is sold for your exclusive use. All Alaska TourSaver books are sold via TourSaver.com. You, the purchaser, are free to give the book to others to use...but be prepared to provide an invoice or proof of purchase details for customer service and support. Under no circumstances may the Alaska TourSaver book be sold or bartered. Doing so (privately or via third-party sellers like eBay, Amazon, or Craigslist, social media sites or any third-party renders that Alaska TourSaver book of coupons null and void. (One exception is if you purchased the book at an Alaska TourSaver approved special event.)
